1. Policy Statement
Effectology Ltd is committed to delivering high-quality training that meets client objectives, complies with professional standards, and continuously improves through feedback and evaluation. We ensure that all learning interventions are well-designed, effectively delivered, and provide measurable outcomes.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all training and consultancy services provided by Effectology Ltd, including classroom, virtual, and blended delivery, as well as bespoke and off-the-shelf courses.
3. Training Design & Development
Courses are designed using a structured methodology:
Needs Analysis – Assess client objectives, audience, and skill gaps.
Learning Outcomes – Define clear, measurable outcomes for each course/module.
Content Development – Prepare materials aligned with outcomes, including presentations, exercises, case studies, and assessments.
Review & Validation – All course content is internally reviewed for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with best practice.
Where appropriate, training is tailored to client context to ensure relevance and applicability.
4. Trainer Competence
Trainers are selected based on subject matter expertise, qualifications, and experience in adult learning.
CVs and credentials are verified prior to deployment.
Trainers receive guidance and refresher sessions to maintain delivery standards.
5. Delivery Standards
Training is delivered in accordance with planned content, agreed learning outcomes, and inclusive, accessible methods.
Sessions are monitored to ensure engagement, understanding, and safety of participants.
Materials and methods are adapted for diverse learning styles where appropriate.
6. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Feedback is collected from delegates and clients after each session.
Evaluation methods may include questionnaires, skills assessments, or follow-up surveys.
Feedback informs ongoing improvement of courses, materials, and delivery methods.
Lessons learned are documented and shared internally to maintain consistent quality across all programmes.
7. Compliance & Record-Keeping
Records of course design, delivery, evaluation, and trainer credentials are maintained securely in line with GDPR requirements.
Quality assurance is reviewed at least annually, or whenever significant changes occur in training content, methodology, or legislation.
8. Roles & Responsibilities
Management: Ensure adequate resources, policies, and oversight for quality assurance.
Trainers: Follow methodology, maintain standards, and provide feedback for improvement.
Clients: Provide feedback to support ongoing enhancement of services.
